Dr. Price was a dentist who traveled the world analyzing native diets of healthy folks, and deduced some commonalities, described by his recommendations.
I have used Weston Price's guidelines to remove all phytic acid (wheat/oats) from my diet, adding in healthy fats and gelatin (see Bone Broth), to actually "heal" cavaties, remineralizing the enamel before the tooth decay reached the root, at which damage is unrecoverable.
