Leaves
I did not previously know this, but the leaves -- even prior to the tree fruiting -- can be used as well:
- salad greens
- green smoothie
- replacement for spinach in curries, other recipes
- leaf tea -- fresh or dried*
- make a paste and apply directly to eczema
* The tea is great as a nightcap, to soothe stomach/digestion, and to drink (with Tulsi) for coughs
