Dietary

My go to answer for health seems to apply here as everywhere: low-sugar diet, including healthy fats and probiotics via something good fermented, whatever you like.

  • Coconut oil
  • garlic
  • oil of oregano
  • onions
  • ginger
  • olive oil
  • lemon/lime
  • cayenne
  • Interestingly, I've also seen studies of antifungal properties of Oyster Mushrooms.
