Colds and Flus
- Echinacea Tincture
- Ossicil. -- homeopathic remedy
- Elderberry Syrup
- Ginger, Honey, Lemon
Fevers
- Belladonna / Ferrum Phosphoricum
- Tea of Yarrow, Peppermint, Elderflower
- Boneset
- Apple Cider Vinegar -- 1/4C in bath or wrap child's feet in cool cloth with vinegar & water
Cuts/Abrasions
- Calendula wash; once wound is dry, calendula salve
- Goldenseal powder or tincture
- Comfrey root & leaf poultice or compress
Upset Stomach
- Chamomile Tea
- Ginger tea -- for Nausea
- Fennell seed tea
- Peppermint tea
Food Poisoning
- Plantain tea
- Charcoal tablets
- Goldenseal root
- for Diarrhea: Blackberry root tea or any astringent tea:
- 3 parts blackberry root
- 2 parts slippery elm bark
- 1/8 part Cinnamon
Insomnia/Anxiety
- Passionflower/skullcap/Valerian/Milky Oats Tincture
