Dietary
My go to answer for health seems to apply here as everywhere: a low-carb/low-sugar diet, rich in healthy fats. Include something fermented for probiotics. See also the Weston A Price diet.

- Ginger
- Olive Oil
- Lemon/Lime
- Cayenne
- Interestingly, I've also seen studies of antifungal properties of Oyster Mushrooms.
- Spirulina has been studied as an agent to destroy Candida -- does it have other antifungal properties?
