Herbal remedy to aid with diverticulitis
The following is served three times daily, as a tea.

|---|---|
| Wild Yam | 3 parts |
| German Chamomile | 2 parts |
| Marshmallow | 1 part |
| Calamus | 1 part |
- If flatulence is present, carminatives like ginger and calumba should be added.
- If constipation is present laxatives like rhubarb root, or senna may be included.
- Slippery Elm may be helpful.
