Freeze Drying
- I've usually used a blender then poured into the trays (already in machine, as moving trays full of liquid is asking for disaster). MC2112 @ discord mentions he just breaks them into the tray, which also affords the ability to separate out yolks/whites AFTER the cycle is run. Nice.
