Food is much more than just sustenance: it is what we are made of and who we are. We've spoken much about how the cryptocracy wants to change food -- make it completely artificial, strip us of all cultural history. From the lab-grown meat, to engineered foods like cockroach milk and Soylent, we are moving towards the dystopic 1984/Brave New World/Soylent Green state of consuming artificial food.
